Experience

Ron Parks is a well-known and notable San Francisco and Marin County real estate broker, respected throughout the community for his experience and expertise. Philosophy

Ron wants his clients to be empowered with qualitative and quantitative market information in order to make the most informed buying and selling decisions. Drawing on his experience as a management consultant at Ernst & Young, Ron helps his clients navigate the market by becoming their trusted advisor. His clients' interests and wellbeing are paramount to his practice principles and his ability to turn complicated scenarios into defined processes has proven extremely successful. In addition, Ron prepares the respected monthly San Francisco and Marin Reports, which detail current and historical trends and market conditions.

Ron's overarching objective for first-time homebuyers, sellers, developers, or investors is to add value. This can mean adding value from a price perspective; it can also involve intangible factors such as market positioning, renovations before sale, or identifying a forward trend. Being conscious of where the value lies for the client is essential to his planning and process.

Achievements

Ron spent 5 years as a top-producing agent with Pacific Union in Marin and after some time, established Vision Real Estate. With his expertise and vast connections, Ron built up a team of experienced agents who grew the company to $175 million in sales, prior to being acquired by a large brokerage company. Ron took the opportunity to join Decker Bullock Sotheby's in Marin and then Sotheby's International Realty in San Francisco in order to better serve his client base.

Since joining the real estate profession in 2003, Ron has earned an esteemed reputation throughout the industry. In his initial year as an agent, Ron was elected "Rookie of the Year" for having the highest sales volume out of 42,000 agents. In the following years, Ron has consistently placed in the top 1% of sales. He has also been published many times in the Marin Independent Journal and San Francisco Chronicle, and has contributed to media discussions about the Bay Area real estate market for radio and television programs.
