How To Best Use The Bay Area Multiple Listing Service

STEP 1. Click the MLS Access link below. The search form will pop-up in a new window.

STEP 2. Property Types. A new menu will open. If you selected Residential, the new menu will include Single Family, Condo and Farms/Ranch. Select those you are looking for.

STEP 3. Next, choose the cities you want to live in.

STEP 4. Choose a range of bedrooms and bathrooms.

STEP 5. Chose a price range. Use a price range that is 10% below and 10% above your desired price.

STEP 5. Press Preview Count. If there are more than 20 properties, narrow your search by dropping a city or tightening your bed/bath or pricing parameters.

STEP 6. Click View Results.

STEP 6. Revise Criteria until you find what you want.

STEP 7. Fill out the form below and add the MLS numbers of the properties on which you want more information. One of our Buyer's Specialists will then respond to you by e-mail--or phone, if you prefer--and give you the facts on any property. Because our specialists only works with buyers, he will not try to sell you any one home, but rather make sure that you are completely aware of any properties available that fit your needs.
